This webinar will focus on practical tips and ethical guidelines for the sometimes-controversial practice of mental health professionals working with attorneys in a non-testimonial capacity.  The presentation will address include role definition and boundaries, a menu of services mental health professionals can offer to legal teams (including peer review and cross-development assistance) along with attention to controversial services and ethical potholes.
