Paul Valenti
Consulting Manager of Family Operations with Court Services Division, Ministry of the Attorney General.
Paul has been with Court Services since 2005 and has worked in the courts as well as with the corporate office.
In addition to supporting various modernization initiatives, Paul participates on CSD’s technical and policy tables which consists of management members from across the province, representatives from the Offices of the Chief Justices of the Ontario and Superior Courts and other institutional offices such as the Family Responsibility Office and Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
Elise Cattani
Associate of Family Operations with Court Services Division, Ministry of the Attorney General.
Elise has been with Court Services since 2011 and has worked at various courts as well as the corporate office.
In addition to providing support in managing day-to-day business, Elise also provides technical and procedural support to both the public and court users of our various modernization initiatives.
Justin Di Giacinto
Justin is a Business Process Improvement Analyst with the Project Implementation Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG). In his 10 years with MAG, Justin has held a variety of roles in court operations spanning over multiple business lines including Family, Civil, Small Claims and Criminal. His expertise has assisted in the area of service design as MAG aspires to improve its online presence and increase its online service offerings. Through a user-centric design approach, Justin spends the bulk of his time speaking to users, analyzing feedback and making recommendations on how to improve MAG’s digital court services.
Angela Fajardo
Business Process Improvement Analyst, previously a Subject Matter Expert in Civil since January 2019 at the Project Implementation Branch/Corporate Services Management Division, Ministry of the Attorney General. Angela has several years experience working as a Client Services Representative at the Civil Intake office with the Ministry of the Attorney General along with other positions in the Civil Trial Office, Family Law office and the Enforcement office.
Angela supports the Civil and Small Claims Court through UAT, process improvement and participates in the Justice Services Online initiatives.
