This training is a 14 hour course on screening for power imbalances and domestic violence specifically for professionals working in family law. Understanding the role of power in the relationship dynamic is key when assisting people to negotiate outcomes in family law. This course is designed for family arbitrators and parenting coordinators and must be repeated every five years if you have completed less than 10 cases in that time. The course is also specific for mediators who are seeking formal accreditation.
