The program will be delivered primarily through group mentorship sessions, where participants will engage in discussions on practical topics, professional development, ethical issues, career pathways, and interdisciplinary practice. Sessions will also provide opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and build meaningful connections with colleagues across professions.
